Jeevanvidya is a science of Life and the art of successful and harmonious living.

Jeevanvidya explores the role of conscious and subconscious mind and the relationship between them. Jeevanvidya provides specific mind management exercises that empowers us with skills to handle life successfully and harmoniously. These mind management exercises help us to form super positive thinking patterns. Positive thinking is beneficial to the individual whereas Super positive thinking is beneficial to the individual and everyone.

Super positive thinking patterns positively affect our relationships, health, well-being and all aspects of life.

Jeevanvidya explains the role of the conscious mind and the subconscious mind and the relationship between these.

CONCEPT OF COSMIC MIND
All of us are connected and interwoven through one cosmic mind just like flowers are interwoven together by a thread to form a garland. If part of the thread receives a jerk, the ripple effect is felt by all the flowers to some extent. Similarly, everyone in this world is interwoven by the thread of The Cosmic Mind. In the same way, if one section of society is affected, the entire humanity will be eventually impacted. The state of man’s peace and happiness is in the welfare and well-being of others.
IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN BODY
The human body is a wonderful gift of nature and works like a machine. If we nurture our body with super positive thoughts, nourish it with nutritious foods and exercise we will experience health and well being.

The Jeevanvidya philosophy was founded by  Shri Wamanrao Pai with the intention of creating a harmonious society.

WHAT IS THE JEEVANVIDYA PHILOSOPHY?
Jeevanvidya Philosophy is based on laws of nature which are scientific, universal and eternal. These natural laws play the key role in human life. The two most important laws are:  For every action, there is a reaction. For an effect, there must be a cause.
Jeevanvidya emphasizes that we create our own lives through our thoughts, words, and actions. The science of Jeevanvidya places responsibility on each individual for his/ her life. It teaches us how to make harmonious and wise choices at the three levels of thoughts, words, and actions resulting in a successful and happy life.

While Jeevanvidya does promise revolutionary changes in the quality of one’s life, it does not promote irrational or blind faith and believes that changes will be seen based on the person's ability and resilience in accepting these values.
